These are the companies that help us run Lodol Gov in our cloud and may process personal information for us. Each is bound to protect it. If your agency runs Lodol Gov on its own servers, none of them receives your agency's information.
| Company | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hosts Lodol Gov and stores your files. Keeps the credentials for the systems you connect in Secret Manager, which may replicate them outside the United States. | United States | |
| IPinfo | Looks up the approximate location of a new sign-in, for the security alert we email you. | United States |
| MongoDB | Hosts the database that holds your accounts, workspace, workflows and run history. | United States |
| Sentry | Collects error reports so we can find and fix problems. | United States |
| Twilio SendGrid | Delivers the emails Lodol Gov sends, such as sign-in codes, invitations and workflow alerts. | United States |
Systems your agency connects
When your workflows send information to a system your agency has connected, such as Microsoft 365 or an AI model your agency uses with its own account, that company isn't our subprocessor. Your agency chose it and its own agreement with that company applies.
